It’s critical that your channel integration strategies adapt to the constantly evolving fundraising environment. The same approaches that worked three years ago might not work today. Learn how to acquire and cultivate new relationships through integrated, optimized communication touch-points. Email Communication: Integrate and optimize your email program for both direct mail constituents and all other email addresses in your file. Identify the appropriate communication rhythm and messaging for your current email audience. Create segmentation strategies that build strong relationships and convert non-donors.
