Email marketing is the most important electronic method for reaching your donors and achieving responses.  This session will share best practices for increasing email performance and response rates based on an analysis of effective emails sent by Crescendo nonprofit clients.  Sandra will evaluate the use of varied subject lines, response mechanisms, different designs and charity offers to assist donors with their planning goals.   You will walk away with concrete strategies to better reach your donor prospects by email and multiply major and planned gifts to your organization.

Sandra oversees GiftLegacy Planned Giving eMarketing services.  She mentors charities in establishing planned giving websites and marketing planned gifts using the Internet, eNewsletters, social media and royalty-free literature.  She speaks and teaches seminars in the area of eMarketing and gift planning.

She has presented at AFP International, CASE International, AHP International, ALDE, CLA and various Regional Conferences.

Sandra has been part of the Crescendo staff for over 23 years.  Her Bachelor of Science degree in education is from South Dakota State University.
